Kay was a wonderful person, she had so much love to give. I will always remember how all her grandchildren's friends refer to her as Nana Kay and how kind she was to all of them. She was always ready to lend a hand, which is how I met Kay when she helped make costumes for a school play. Never heard an unkind word spoken by Kay, I feel privileged to have known her. My deepest condolences on your loss.

I have such wonderful childhood memories of Louie and Kay as growing up above the store on 2 church street. Spent many hours with Lou and the "gang" all those so many many years ago (treasured memories) Kaye was not only a beautiful Lady but had a beautiful heart and no matter when or where would always make me feel so important and happy. I remember talking about her little Louie and her Wheatie xo as time went forward and I grew up to now "just a little old" I still kept in touch somehow and my brother Fred always updated me when she did his books xo ALSO, my dear Best Friend Susan is still a BIG part of my life and she always keeps me aware your Mom xo I am saying prayers for your comfort in your tears and I truly know She is in the ARMS of Jesus with your Dad and all the Angels above. I am so so Blessed to have known her and will always treasure the memories in my heart and someday be able to give her a HUG in Heaven.
Love,
Anita (nee Van Den Broek) Haycook

Nana Kay was the light of our family’s life. The kindest and most compassionate woman, she shared her light and her love with everyone she met. Our family friends and acquaintances referred to Kay as Nana Kay, a testament to her contagious compassion. How lucky we all are to have loved and been loved by Nana Kay. May she Rest In Peace and lovingly reunite with Papa Louie, Uncle Vic, Uncle Walt and her friends.
Always with love,
Pamela
