Obituary of Edwin F. Budryk

Edwin F. Budryk, age 90, of Prospect Park, NJ died Sunday, March 9, 2008.
Mr. Budryk was born October 6, 1917 in Paterson, NJ the son of the late John and the late Bernice (Dobrosielska) Budryk.
He served in the Army Air Corps from 1943 to 1946 during World War II where he received a WW II Victory Medal, ATO Medal and the Good Conduct Medal.
He was employed by Bendix Corporation, Teterboro, NJ and Smith Kline Beckman Instruments.
Mr. Budryk was a member of St. Paul's R.C. Church, Prospect Park, NJ, Knights of Columbus Council No. 6309 where he was treasurer, Prospect Park Democratic Club, Prospect Park Planning Board and the Passaic County Intake Committee. After his retirement he taught machine shop and auto shop at Passaic County Vocational High School.
He was predeceased by his wife Rose Marie Budryk and 7 siblings.
He is survived by one daughter: Donna Garbaccio of Wyckoff, NJ and her husband Lou and one son: John Budryk of Midland Park, NJ and his wife Pam.
He is also survived by his grandchildren: Ashley Garbaccio and Steven and Laura Budryk.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. The funeral will be Thursday at 9:30 at St. Paul's R.C. Church, 286 Haledon Avenue, Prospect Park where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Paterson, NJ.
