Obituary of Peter Fleming

Peter Fleming, age 81, of Wayne died Monday, November 25, 2013 at Preakness Healthcare Center in Wayne, NJ. Peter was born November 19, 1932 in New York, NY. He is the son of the late Peter and the late Mary (Galligan) Fleming. He live in Haledon from 1965 - 2007 and moved to Wayne in 2007. He served in the United States Army. He was an accountant and retired from Radics & Company, Pine Brook, NJ in 2004 where he worked for 25 years. Peter Fleming was a member of Knights of Columbus Council No. 6907 and a parishioner of St. Paul's R.C. Church, Prospect Park, NJ. He is survived by his daughter: Laura McGowan and her husband Bob of Wyckoff, NJ; his brother of one brother: Michael E. Fleming and his wife Dorothy of Bronxville, NY and his two granddaughters; Erin Patrice McGowan and Meghan Emily McGowan. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on at St. Paul's R.C. Church, 286 Haledon Avenue, Prospect Park, NJ on Monday, December 2 at 10:30 AM. Cremation is private. Visiting hours will be Sunday, December 1 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
