Obituary of Joseph J. Lewicki

John Lewicki, age 85, of North Haledon died Friday, August 25, 2017 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital John was born July 3, 1932 in Clifton, NJ. He is the son of the late Alex and the late Nellie (Fles) Lewicki. He lived in Paterson, NJ for 50 years before moving to North Haledon in 2013. He served in the United States Army and attained the rank of Corporal. He was employed by Ford Motor Company, Mahwah, NJ for 25 years as an Assembly Line Mechanic and retired in 1981. He is survived by his three daughters: Jo Ann Aughey and her husband John of Davie, FL, Robin Samgour and her husband Don of North Haledon, NJ, Lisa Lewicki of North Haledon, NJ and his son: Joseph Lewicki and his wife Marie of Woodland Park, NJ. He is also survive dby his grandchildren; Danielle Cadier, Jon, Justin and Jordan Aughey, Don and Matthew Sangmour, Justin, JoJo , Kendra and Savanna Lewicki and five great grandchildren. The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Wednesday, August 30 at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, August 29 from 4 - 8.
