Obituary of Elizabeth "Betty" Marino

Elizabeth "Betty" Marino, age 85, of Hillsborough died Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Foothill Acres Nursing And Rehabilitation in Hillsborough, NJ. Elizabeth was born September 14, 1930 in Wilkes - Barre, PA. She is the daughter of the late Richard and the late Elizabeth (Lewis) Brolley, Sr. She lived in Haledon, NJ for 59 years before moving to Hillsborough in 2010. She worked at Lee T. Purcell Engineering, Paterson, NJ as a Telephone Receptionist for sixteen years and retired in 1995. Previously she worked at New Jersey Bell for twelve years. She was a former parishioner of St. Paul's R.C. Church in Prospect Park, NJ and a member of the Hillsborough Seniors. She is survived by her husband: Arthur M. Marino and two daughters: Debra Marino of Hillsborough, NJ and Marilyn Villano of Easton, PA. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Kelly Buist, Jamie Marino, Matthew Villano and Melanie Villano, her great grandsons; Lucas Buist and Jackson Buist and her brother; Richard Brolley; A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, April 28 at St. Paul's R.C. Church, 286 Haledon Avenue, Prospect Park, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. Visiting hours will be Wednesday, April 27 from 4-8pm at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. Memorial gifts to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN would be appreciated.
