Obituary of Margaret Sella

Margaret Sella (nee Campanella) 89, of Haledon, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013. Beloved wife of 64 years to Edward W. Sella (2010). The daughter of Peter and Dena Campanella, Margaret grew up in Totowa Boro, the second youngest of 6 sisters and 1 brother all of whom have predeceased her. For over 40 years Margaret worked at the Belle Cotton Shoppe in Paterson selling uniforms to her many customers. She was an active member of the Haledon Seniors. Margaret was a natural caregiver. She was always there to help with the sick and infirm of any family member, tenderly nursing them back to health or assisting them in their final days. Surviving Margaret are her loving daughters and sons-in-law, Susan & Edward Torasso of Wayne and Lois & Herb Papendick of Totowa and a cherished granddaughter, Laura Lynn Papendick of Totowa. She leaves behind two dear nieces Linda Bennington of Flemington and Barbara Speer of Sussex, three life-long friends, Kay Garbaccio, Anita Andelora, Ann Candalino and her wonderful caregiver, Abby Cofie. Funeral from DeLuccia-Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon on Friday at 8:15 AM. Funeral Liturgy at St. Mary's RC Church, Pompton Lakes, NJ at 9:30 AM. Interment, Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa. Visiting on Thursday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
