Obituary of Evelyn Acquaviva

Evelyn Acquaviva, age 87, of Haledon died Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Lakeview Convalescent Center in Wayne, NJ. Evelyn was born September 29, 1926 in Trenton, NJ. She is the daughter of the late Louis and the late Helen (Kowalski) Biesiada. She has resided in Haledon for the past 30 years. She was a homemaker. She was predeceased by her husband Ralph Acquaviva and her brother Monsignor Louis Biesiada. She is survived by her daughter: Cynthia Riccio of Haledon, NJ and her son: Ralph Acquaviva of Pennington, NJ. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Christian Porcaro and Moses Diaz and her great grandchildren; Christian Porcaro, Jr. and Dylan Porcaro. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 12:00 noon on Friday, January 17 at St. Gerard's R.C. Church, , Paterson, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. Visiting hours will be Friday, January 17 from 10 am - 11:30 am.
