Obituary of Secundino Ramos

Secundino Ramos, age 96, of Paterson died Monday, April 16, 2012 at St. Joseph's Hospital And Medical Center in Paterson, NJ. Secundino was born December 6, 1915 in Maricio,Puerto Rico . He is the son of the late Nemensio and the late Narziza (Bonilla) Ramos. He came to the United States in 1959 and settled in Paterson. He worked as a baker at Lazzara's Bakery in Paterson for 15 years and retired in 1974. He is survived by five his daughters: Silvia Orozco of Haledon, NJ, Adelaide Rosa of Paterson, NJ, Claribel Vega of Paterson, NJ, Romonita Gonzales of Paterson, NJ, Miriam Estrada and his two sons: Ramon Ramos of Paterson, NJ and Ivan Ramos, his sister; Dominga, twenty nine grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Mercedes Ramos, his son; Nemensio , his daughter; Nilda, his sisters, Ana Ramos, Natividad, Juana and Isabelle and his brothers; Emilio and Rafael. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Friday, April 20 at St. Agnes R.C. Church, , Paterson, NJ. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Visiting hours will be Thursday, April 19 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
