Obituary of Robert John Doss

Robert John Doss, age 71, of Haledon died Sunday, December 11, 2011. Robert was born September 24, 1940 in New York, NY. He is the son of the late Edmond and the late Rosetta (Drain) Doss. He served in the Army. He was employed by E. Oosdyk Trucking as a truck driver for 39 years before retiring. He is survived by his wife: Carol (Kuiken) Doss , five daughters: Rhonda, Lorinda, Faith, Dorothy, Hope and three sons: Curt, Peter and Bobby and his step children; Jessie, Carol, Liz and Johnny. He is also the pop-pop of six grandchildren and the grandfather of fifteen. Also survived by five great grandchildren. The funeral will be held 9:30 am on Wednesday, December 14 at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. Burial will be in Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, December 13 from 6-9 PM.
