Obituary of Roberto Correa

Roberto Correa, 89, of Paterson, NJ passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022.  He was born in Guayama, Puerto Rico and has lived in Paterson since 1962.  He was a machinist for United States Bronze Powders in Haskell, NJ for over 30 years and retired in 2006.  He served in the United States Army from 1953-1955.  He was a parishioner of St. Mary's R.C. Church in Paterson.  Beloved husband of the late Hilda Correa.  Devoted father of Luz D. LaLuz and her husband Reyes, Mildred Lopez and her husband Rafael, Robert Correa, Hilda M. Maietta and her husband Gregory, Luisa A. Silva and her husband Elvin and the late Evelyn Gist and her husband Ricky.  Dear brother of Felicita Diaz, Emelia Pagan, Jacinto Correa and the late Asuncion.  He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.  Funeral from DeLuccia-Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ on Wednesday at 9 AM.  Funeral Mass at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 410 Union Avenue, Paterson, NJ at 10 AM.  Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ.  Visiting on Tuesday from 4-8 PM.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Glaucoma Research Foundation or Achalasia Awareness .
