Obituary of Carlos Presta

Carlos Presta, 78, of Hawthorne, NJ passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022. He was born in Montevido, Uruguay. He came to the United States in 1975 and settled in Lodi, NJ and has lived in Hawthorne for the past 25 years.  He was a Operations Manager at Prem Cleaning Contractors in South Hackensack for 27 years and retired in 2020.  He was a parishioner of Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church in Paterson, NJ.  He played soccer professionally in Uruguay. He was a NJ Development Coach for the Olympic Development Program. He also coached soccer for the Hawthorne Recreation Soccer Program.  Beloved husband of Anna Presta (nee Patino).  Devoted father of Michael Presta.  A Memorial Mass is being planned at Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church in Paterson at a date to be announced.
