Obituary of Joanne Bastante-Howard

Joanne Bastante-Howard, 55, of Woodland Park, NJ passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022.  She was born in Woodland Park, NJ and has lived ther her entire life.  She was the President of Paramount Advertising Company in Parsippany, NJ.  She received an Honorary Degree of Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis from The Chicago School where she maintained a 4.0 GPA.  She also received a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Rutgers University. She ran America's Special Kidz which was a non-profit group for children and adults with disabilities and was a advocate for their schooling and other services.  She was a parishioner of St. Bonaventure R.C. Church in Paterson.  Devoted mother of John Joseph Howard.  Beloved daughter of Joseph and Nicolette Bastante,  Dear sister of Carmen Bastante and his wife Kim and Joseph and Ginny Bastante.  She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and her dear friends, Lou Smeriglio, Joann Catalfumo, Yolanda LaRosa and John and Jody Szczomak.  Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Pompeii R.C. Church, 70 Murray Avenue, Paterson, NJ on Thursday at 10 AM.  PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.  Visiting at DeLuccia-Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ on Wednesday from 4-8 PM.
