Elfriede Brock, age 85 of Fair Lawn, NJ died Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at Hospice of New Jersey in Wayne, NJ. Elfriede was born March 11, 1926 in Geissen, Germany. She came to the United States of America in 1960 and settled in Richfield, CT. She lived in Paterson, NJ before moving to Fair Lawn in 1991.
She was employed by Nabisco Foods, Fair Lawn, NJ where she worked as a rotary operator and retired in 1999.
She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Fair Lawn, NJ.
She is survived by one son: Heinz Schroeder of Fair Lawn, NJ, her granddaughter; Heidi Schroeder and five great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Heinrich.
Services were private.
