Obituary of Ruby E. Savastano

Ruby E. Savastano (nee Newton) 90, of Sussex, NJ passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2021.  She was born in Concord, NC and lived in Paterson, NJ most of her life before moving to Sussex in 2015.  She was a homemaker.  Beloved wife of the late Vincent Savastano.  Devoted mother of Steven L. Danner and his wife Antoinette of Wantage, NJ and the late Bill Cook.  Loving grandmother of Jennifer Beco and Stephanie Danner.  Cherished great grandmother of Honacy Beco, Jr., Steven Beco, Noah Danner and Jax Danner.  Dear sister of the late Helen Gunnerson, Betty Lovell, Albert Newton, Ike Newton and John B. Newton.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service on Tuesday at DeLuccia-Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ at 1 PM.  Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. Visiting on Tuesday from 11 AM - 1 PM.
