Obituary of Ludmilla Silvestri

Ludmilla Silvestri, age 59, of Paterson, NJ died Friday, March 18, 2011 at home. Ludmilla was born March 3, 1952 in Villach, Austria. She is the daughter of the late Paul and the late Maria (Chuenko) Butenko. She lived in Paterson most of her life. She was employed by Foodtown in Haledon, NJ for many years. She was a member of St. Michael's R.O. Cathedral in Paterson. She was predeceased by her husband Pasquale Silvestri, her daughter Natalie Silvestri, her brother Nickolai Butenko and a nephew Anatoli Butenko. . She is survived by her granddaughter, Alexis Amador, her sister: Maria Habermas and her husband Harald of Fairfield, NJ and her brother: John Butenko and his wife Nina. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews; Andrew, Paul, Chris, Tania, Serge, Michael and Paul. The funeral service will be held 10 am on Tuesday, March 22 at St. Michael's R.O. Cathedral, 52 Sherman Avenue , Paterson. A Panahida (prayer service) will be held 5 pm on Monday, March 21, 2011 at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. Visiting hours will be Monday, March 21 from 4 - 5 PM at the funeral home.
