Obituary of John Dominic Albanese

John Dominic Albanese, 81, of Hawthorne, NJ passed away surrounded by his family on Thursday, July 11, 2019.  He was born in Passaic, NJ and lived in Paterson, NJ before moving to Hawthorne.  He was a purchasing agent for Ingersoll Rand in North Bergen, NJ and previously worked at Van Vlaanderen Machine in Paterson, NJ.  Beloved husband of Barbara Albanese (nee Pagano).  Devoted father of Donna DeCicco and her boyfriend Brian Eller, Cheryl Eldridge and her husband Richard, Karen O'Gara and her husband Tommy and John Anthony Albanese and his girlfriend Donna Wilkes.  Dear brother of Barbara Abernethy and her husband Dave.  Loving grandfather of  Brandon, Shane, and Justin Eldridge, Natalie and Gabriel DeCicco and Kerianne and Ryann O'Gara.  Memorial visiting on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from 3-5 PM at DeLuccia- Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ.  Memorial Service on Wednesday at 4:45 PM.  Memorial gifts to Valley Hospice would be appreciated.
