Obituary of Violet Rosati

Violet Rosati, age 88, of Little Falls died Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at Good Samaritan Hospital of Downers Grove, IL. Violet was born October 29, 1921 in Paterson, NJ and lived there most her life before moving to Sunny Isles, FL and the to Little Falls a year ago. She was the owner of Vi's Beauty Shop in Paterson from 1966 to 1976 and was also a lunch aid at School No. 27 in Paterson. . She is survived by one son: John Rosati of Lumbard, IL; a sister: Joanne Nash, her grandchildren; Corie Nucci Zodda and her husband Roberto, Kelly Rosati and Lindsey Rosati. and a great granddaughter; Ava Nicole Zodda. She was predeceased by her husband John Rosati, Sr., her brothers; Charles Roman and James "Sonny" Romano and a sister, Rose "Tootsie" Di Camillo. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 5 at St. Gerard's R.C. Church, , Paterson, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. Visiting hours will be Monday, October 4 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. .
