Obituary of Rosalia Kohler

Rosalia Kohler (Fogl), age 82, of Wayne, NJ died Thursday, August 5, 2010 at Hospice of New Jersey in Wayne. Rosalia was born June 1, 1928 in Penzekut, Hungary. She is the daughter of the late Johan and the late Rosalia (Dunszt) Fogl. She came to the United States in 1956 and settled in Paterson, NJ before moving to Wayne She was a homemaker. Rosalia Kohler was a parishioner of St. Paul's R.C. Church, Prospect Park, NJ. She was predeceased by her husband Josef Kohler in 2003. She is survived by two daughters: Rosemarie Kohler-Burns of Wayne, NJ, Renate Kohler-Carlson of FairLawn, NJ and one son: Josef Kohler of Mahwah, NJ, she is also survived by six grandchildren; Kyle, Kevin, Jason, Corey, Katherine and Kassandra and her sisters; Edith Mitsch of Florida and Angela Freihaut in Germany. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am on Monday, August 9 at St. Paul's R.C. Church, 286 Haledon Avenue, Prospect Park, NJ. Entombment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa, NJ. Visiting hours will be Sunday, August 8 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Of New Jersey, 400 Broadacres Drive, Bloomfield, NJ.
