Obituary of Frank Benitez

Frank Benitez, age 64, of Haledon died Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital of Wayne, NJ. Frank was born December 3, 1945 in Vieques, Puerto Rico. He is the son of the late Guillermo and the late Ida Benitez. He served in the Army during the Vietnam war. He retired from South Paterson Trucking in 1997 where he worked for 32 years as a Truck Driver. He was a member of Teamsters Local 560. He is survived by his wife: Margarita Mead, his son; Jason Benitez of Haledon, NJ his step daughters; Katherine Almodovar of Haledon, NJ and Christine Mead of Haledon, NJ and his brother; William Benitez of Oak Ridge, NJ. The funeral will be held 7:00 pm on Sunday, March 28 at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. Cremation is private. Visiting hours will be Sunday, March 28 from 3-7 PM..
