Obituary of Ernest Joseph Wilkie, Sr.

Ernest Joseph Wilkie, Sr., 80, of Haledon, NJ passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2018.  He was born in Paterson, NJ and has lived in Haledon since 1973.  He served in the United Sates Navy.  

Dear son of the late William H. and Rosa Lena Wilkie. Beloved husband of Patricia M. Wilkie (nee Weiss).  Devoted father of Ernest J. Wilkie, Jr. and his wife Lori of Franklin, NJ, Donna Alvarez and her husband Gene of Vernon, NJ, Thomas Wilkie and his wife Helen of Fargo, ND and Buffie Wilkie.  Loving grandfather of Nicole Clarken and her husband Joseph, Matthew Wilkie and his wife Ashley, Daniel and Briana Wilkie and Jessica and Michael Alvarez.  Cherished great grandfather of Zachary Clarken.  Dear brother of Georgette Marchitto, William, Louis and D.Richard Wilkie and the late Rosemarie Brooks and Lois, Kathleen and Emily Wilkie.  

Funeral Service at DeLuccia-Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, on Saturday at 10:30 AM.  Interment, Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa, NJ.  Visiting on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
