Ana Maria Batista Filpo of Woodhaven, Queens, NY passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018.  She was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic.  She was a homemaker.

Beloved wife of Roque Batista.  Loving mother of Ramona Gomez, Barbara Batista de Paulino, Eloisa Batista, Roque B. Batista, Brunilda Batista, Maria E. Batista, Maria C. Batista, Luis J. Batista, Faustina Baez Batista, Jose R. Batista and Fatima Nunez.  She was predecesaed by her grandson, Santiago Gomez and a great grandson, Johncarlos Batista.  She is also survived by thirty grandchildren, twenty nine great-grandchildren and four great -great grandchildren.
