Obituary of Anthony J. Affinito

Anthony J. Affinito, age 90 of Toms River, NJ passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018 at home in Toms River.  Anthony was born August 8, 1927 in New York, NY.  He is the son of the late Giuseppe and Antoinette Affinito.  He lived in Bardonia, NY before moving to Toms River in 1990. 

He was employed as a engineer.  He worked at Dupont Corporation and retired in 1989.  Previously he worked at Lurgi Corporation and General Electric. He served in the United States Army from 1945-1946 and again from 1952-1953. He was a Parishioner of St. Luke's R.C. Church in Toms River and a former parishioner of St. Anthony's R.C. Church in Nanuet, NY. 

Beloved husband of the late Anna Marie Affinito (nee DiFiore).  Devoted father of Joseph Affinito and his wife Roseann of West Milford, NJ.  Dear brother of John AFfinito and the late Pasquale Affinito. 

Funeral Service on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at DeLuccia-Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ at 10:30 AM.  Interment at Christ The King Cemetery in Franklin Lakes, NJ.

Visiting hours will br on Monday from 5-9 PM.
