Obituary of Maria Bernascone

Maria Bernascone (nee Barrios) age 72, of Paterson died Thursday, June 18, 2009. Mrs. Bernascone was born March 25, 1937 in Aquadilla, Puerto Rico. She came to the United States in 1940 and settled in New York, NY before moving to Paterson. She was a Homemaker.She is survived by her husband: Eugene Bernascone, three daughters: Connie Rodriquez of West Paterson, NJ, Jo Ann Rodriquez of Charlotte, NC, Suzette Perez of Paterson, NJ and three sons: Jose Arnold Rodriquez of Paterson, NJ, David Rodriquez of Paterson, NJ and Michael Angelo Perez of Paterson, NJ. She is also survived by a brother; Leopoldo Carreras of Orange City, FL and nineteen grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, James Rodriquez and a sister, Connie Marti.Visiting hours will be Monday from 2-4 & 6-8PM at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. The funeral service will be Monday evening at 8pm at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
