Obituary of Joseph David Hink

Joseph David Hink, Sr., age 48, of Paterson, NJ died Saturday, May 2, 2009 at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, Paterson.Mr. Hink was born August 8, 1960 in Paterson, NJ the son of the late George C. and the late Lillian (Van Dyk) Hilarcik, . He was a graduate of Walter T. Burger High School. He served in the National Guard in Riverdale, NJ from 1977-1979. He was a Paralegal and graduated from Southern Career Institute. He also was a group aide in Primary Group Counseling. He was employed by E Plus Taxi, Morristown, NJ as a taxi driver for the past 13 years and prior to that drove a concrete truck. He is survived by his fiance'; Rhonda Redner of Paterson, his son; Joseph David Hink, Jr.of Paterson, his daughters: Jessica Hink and Kristy Hink both of Pennsylvania, his sisters: Elizabeth Bateman of Winston - Salem, NC, Cecelia Hink Borges of Puerto Rico, his step children; Tom and Lisa Redner and 2 grandchildren.Predeceased by his step father, Frank Hilarcik, a sister, Edith Williams and a brother George C. Hink, Jr.Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 10 am - 12 noon at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, Inc., 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. The funeral will be Wednesday at 12 noon at the funeral home. Cremation, private.
