Obituary of Olympia M. Bedotto

Olympia M. Bedotto, age 95 Wayne, NJ died Wednesday, May 7, 2008. Mrs. Bedotto was born March 26, 1913 in Haledon, NJ the daughter of the late Ricardo and the late Maria (Botta) Rege. She was employed by Allied Chemical for 25 years and retired in 1978. She then worked at the Holland Christian Home in North Haledon as an Occupational Therapist for 18 years and retired in 1996. Mrs. Bedotto was a member of St. Paul's R.C. Church, Prospect Park, NJ She was predeceased by her husband, Alexander Bedotto and a brother Peter Rege. She is survived by two daughters: Lorraine Vander Wende of North Haledon, NJ and Lynda Salute of Suprise, AZ and one son: Robert Bedotto of North Haledon, NJ. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Nancy Hutcherson, Wayne Salute, Todd Salute, Lisa Hallock and Brian Bedotto and seven great grandchildren. Visiting hours will be Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. The funeral will be Tuesday at 9:30 at St. Paul's R.C. Church, 286 Haledon Avenue, Prospect Park where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated. Burial will be in Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. Memorials may be made to Hospice of New Jersey, 400 Broad Acres Drive, Bloomfield, NJ or St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
